《超時空之鑰》NDS 版移植自 SQUARE 於 1995 年推出的 SFC 版同名作品。NDS 版完整承襲原作內容，並針對 NDS 雙螢幕與觸控功能提供 2 種不同的戰鬥操作介面，追加可培育怪物進行 2 人連線對戰的「次元競技場」、每次進入配置都會變化的隨機產生迷宮「次元扭曲」與可獲得珍貴道具的任務制迷宮「龍之聖域」等原創新要素。

This NDS "Chrono Trigger" is same as the 1995 SFC "Chrono Trigger".
